Hello, My keyboard is not working properly since everytime I press a key, it is like I had pressed the key that is above it. For instance, I would press X and on the screen it would appear as XS. I have tried re/installing the drivers, changed the input language and the keyboard sensitivity but nothing worked. I also tried opening the laptop and made sure the connector was properly plugged in. I used an online app to check how my keyboard worked and showed all keys were having the same issue. @andresgarcia sounds to me like you need a new keyboard. Something Like this video will help you with that task.
