My husband worked for 3 hours, following every instruction, and we did not have success with this product (a screen replacement for the iphone8). We were left feeling frustrated and confused. Even trouble shooting with the website did not help. The phone had a flashing white screen and would not respond to an attempt to reset. I would like a refund as we had to purchase a new phone completely after it would not turn on from the kit.
Flashing white screen could mean a faulty video cable, meaning a faulty screen replacement, i own a company that fixes devices, if you didn’t mind sending it away, i wouldn’t mind fixing it free of charge, except the cost of the screen replacement, or i could direct you to get another screen replacement kit and try again. either way, just lemme know what you think.
