The dishwasher is 18 years old. Washes well, no problems there. However, for several weeks now, the front panel where you press for whatever function you want to use, is not working very well, and it’s getting worse. That is the only problem we have at this time. The dishwasher has stainless steel interior, drains well, dries well, no complaints there. If the electronic panel does not work I don’t have a functioning dishwasher. The model no.: KUDMO 1 TJBT 1. There is also serial no., but I don’t think you need that. If the electronics panel could be replaced by chance, I would have a functional machine for few more years. I only heard about this website this morning on CBC radio. Any help you can offer will be most appreciated. I have already had to discard washing machine, stove, and Breville grill for failure of it’s electronics. Which shouldn’t happen! A terrible waste.
caligulaswife , Who is the manufacturer of the dishwasher? Tried a search with supplied model # KUDMO 1 TJBT 1 to no avail. You could try removing the panel and see if it has a part # on the control assy. you need and google search for a replacement part. Good luck.
