Chosen Solution
Computer was running fine this am.. Then shut off to goto store no problems. Turned on went straight to blue screen. And cannot self diagnose or do a system restore, said there was an update last evening that didn’t install properly
I presume it is windows system. Please press f8 while it is booting to go into a boot up screen with various options. Then from the menu choose the last good configuration. See if that helps. If this does not fix it then try the safe mode option. In safe mode you have the possibility to update and repair.
