Maya - You call the doctor and I tell them your sick and hangup! Of course they can help you with just that? Instead you tell your doctor your symptoms as much as you can! I have a fever, my skin is clammy, I ate something that made me sick … We are no different then the doctor! This is too little to help you. Besides we need to know the exact model as there are just too many makers and models! Each have there own quirks. Maybe it would be better to visit a local computer repair shop
