Changes made: Add Samsung SSD 250 Remove 2x2G ram and add 1x8G ram DDR3 1600 Remove DVD/RW and add old hdd with using caddy Change Battery
I would change everything back to the way it was before, Then slowly add parts back until the issue happens again. Where did you buy these parts from and are they all mac compatible? It is possible there is a sensor that got messed up in the process.
