My laptop is very slow
Have you done a full virus/malware scan?Checked the Device Manger from the Control Panel for any corrupted drivers ( the ! exclamation mark)?Updated the BIOS, Windows and all drivers?Ran a freeware program like Ccleaner or Advanced System Care to clean up debris and fix small problems.After having done that how is it all working.If not already done upgrade the hard drive to an SSD drive - much faster.
