Try recalibrating the battery. I note from your second image, it is showing 4,294,967,294 cycles. Standard calibration via BIOS Power on the laptop and hit F2 at the boot screen to enter BIOS. Choose the Power menu using the cursor keys.Choose Start Battery Calibration and then press “Enter”.The screen should turn blue. …The laptopwill continue discharging until it automatically shuts down.
@bh_j39200 how old is that battery? I would not rely on the diagnostics query but would replace the battery and then re-evaluate
