My laptop will only work when it is plugged in. I’ve gotten some pop ups saying that my battery isn’t connected, but the toolbar says that it’s 13% charged, and not plugged in. The toolbar says the battery goes between 10% and 13% charged, never more or less.
Sounds like a bad battery. I recommend replacing it and see how it goes.
Is your laptop ‘‘‘only works when plugged in’’’? It seems like a battery issue but before buying a new battery you should try several options to fix that and for that, you can read out several blogs
