Laser Mp3 L80 Won T Show Any Other Screen Then The Laser Screen Mp3 Player

I just got my MP3-L80 ( red ) and when I turn it on, it just goes on the laser screen. It won’t turn on any other screen, i’ve tried plugging it into my laptop but it just says ‘unrecognised device.’ I’ve also tried holding down the menu and pause/play button but nothing is working. Please Help.

@rosadiaz try to get to the settings mode Enter the main menu by PRESSING and HOLDING the MENU button then using the PREVIOUS/NEXT buttons to navigate. The subsequent modes are: Music Mode, Record Mode, Voice Mode, Radio Mode and Settings Mode. Let us know what you find
