Hi all! I have a 27” iMac mid 2011. It has a known LCD backlight connector fault. I already tried the re-soldering the left side connector but messed up the connection points while soldering the wires to the LCD’s LED backlight board. the connection points on the LCD for the LED’s not holding the soldering anymore ): So, is there any way around to solder the power cable for the LED backlights from the iMac to connect directly? I couldn’t find any tear down guide for the LCD panel. Thanks in advance for any bit of help!
