Third parties offer the LCD screen replacement with or without FRame assembly. My question is , will the LCD + Frame assemblies include the two capacitive buttons? I believe it should because those two buttons are in between the two. hence if i buy the Frame + LCD assembly then i would not need any heat to make the screen replacemnt.

If you buy an LCD with the frame it should have the hardware buttons preinstalled as the hardware buttons are located between the LCD and the frame, all you have to do is connect the display, fingerprint and hardware buttons flex cables when reassembling the device. Remember the OnePlus 3’s display should be an AMOLED panel and not LCD, make sure you pay attention to this when buying if you want the display to have the same quality as the original. :)
Like Joseph said, make sure its Amoled not LCD. I accidentally bought a LCD replacement display. While functionally it works, it does not look NEARLY as good. It was quite a bit cheaper tho, around $50
