I’ve just replaced the screen and battery on an iPhone 5. Charged up fine, Home button works, and turns on, but screen does not respond to touch. Need to tear down and reattach cables inside?
That would be the first thing I would do. It will be a flex not sitting correctly usually. Try this and let me know
