Hi, I replaced my screen on my iPad mini yesterday, and this morning I noticed lots of dust/lint, so I opened it back up again and used a microfiber to clean the LCD and also the underside of the touch screen itself. And some how after I closed the lid, the screen got really JUMPY! I thought I might have messed up the copper wiring when I was cleaning the underside of the touch screen but I checked and it looks fine. Please help!!
2 things you can do which usually fix ghost touching. Add some kapton tape along the bottom edge of the digitizer where the home button flex cable is. This will fix it the majority of the time. Also check the digitizer cable, and make sure it folds in towards the LCD, as a pinched cable could also cause it.
