Chosen Solution

Have googled this issue, cannot find the reason behind the problem. Definitely hardware, (not driver or connection as I have connected another exact same model to my computer and it works fine). If it is indeed a “lamp” or something else internal, I would like to know what parts and how to get them. Model: HP Scanjet 3000 pro scanner
