Hi, I have this washing machine. During a washing cycle it has stopped. I can turn the program switch anywhere, I can select temperature, time, and so on pressing the buttons, but when I push the “Play” button. It is just start sitting and blinking.It does not make any noise, and it has not done any noise before stopped.I removed the clothes from it, and restarted, but nothing has changed.Is there any idea, what is wrong? The controller works in a way, but can’t start the motor, and the pump?Thanks a lot!
Hi, Try to reset the machine by disconnecting the power for 5 minutes and check if that resolves the problem. If not and if it doesn’t even start to fill with water when pressing the start button then check if the door interlock (supplier example only) is OK.
