Hello, suddenly the backlight of my Laptop just stopped working (with a lamp I can see what the screen is showing). Replacing the Screen itself did not fixed the problem (still no backlight) . Any suggestions what to check next? Thanks for any help here!
Hi @manu86 Check the LCD cable itself for damage like twisting through the hinge or any kind of melting. It may also be unplugged slightly from the logic board inside the device. A quick reconnect should rule out that issue. If you need a replacement, here is where you can get one.
