You’re probably dealing with Lenovo’s new Flip to Start feature, you can get rid of it with the help of Vantage app (follow this article) or by disabling it from BIOS: repeatedly tap the F1/Enter key when the manufacturer logo appears at boot. Once you succesfully get into the Startup Interrupt Menu, press F1 to enter BIOS, then reach Configuration menu and disable Flip to Boot/Start. Exit and save changes, the laptop will reboot, now the problem should be fixed
