Hi I need some help please! Our Lenovo thinkpad did some weird flashing and then shut down. When we try to turn back on it runs very loudly and the screen is black. I’ve tried removing the battery, 20 sec power reboot, etc. Please help! We have a thinkpad but not exactly sure of the model
Have you tested the hard drive ? if had custumors in the past having a simulair problem with a laptop having black screen and turns out the HDD was busted, installed a new one and it was fixed.
