Chosen Solution
My LG 37LH4000 takes up to 15 minutes to show a complete picure on screen , when i turn it on it show something like
after it warm up the tv works fine. I tried to buy a new power board on ebay , but still no luck
same behaviour. Could be that the board I bought has the same issue ? Or could be something else? I tried to mesure the voltages out of the gray cables on the top right and they seems ok (20v , 12v 5.2v lines)

@mildseven since it works once it “warms up” I would check the MOSFETS on the main board. This would most likely be a main board issue and not a power board issue. Since you “I tried to mesure the voltages out of the gray cables on the top right and they seems ok” you should tell us what those voltages are. Can’t troubleshoot by steps that seem to be okay.
