LG OLED 55EG960v. Will not turn on power light flashes. Seems a common problem as several for sale with this same problem Found 24vs and 24vd psu voltages are off. forced them on by feeding Von Don lines etc from main board expecting to see something on screen but bkack. so seems not to boot. Changed main bd twice but just the same. Screen completely dark. Any one know of common failure on these? Thanks
@binksey sounds a bit confusing. I suggest that you do not run any jumpers to anything. It will not work since your power LED is flashing it is failing its POST and thus even applying these jumpers is most likely not working. You want to proceed systematically. Check your power board for the STBY voltage. It needs to be 3.5V. If you have that then check the voltages on each output of the power board and compare those with what it should be. If those are okay your issue could be the main board or the power board. Since you already replaced the main board I would have thought you’d check the power board next. I do not consider those jumpers a solution or to be of diagnostic value for now. Use this service manual for guidance to your repair LG 55eg960v
