This TV was given to me about 2 years ago and the HDMI ports didn’t work so I bought a HDMI adapter that plugged into the blue/green/etc component. I’ve been watching it for over a year like this. A month ago the screen went black. I’ve already did the flashlight test. I had some voltage issues and replaced both the PSB and Main Board. Thoughts? I really love this Tv
Hello, if you did the flashlight test and you did see video, then the problem is your backlight LED ’s are bad there may be one or two of them shorted, in this case the panel will not light up, you will need to replace the backlight strips in the panel. This is major repair as the screen itself will need to come apart to get to them.
