Lg 60Ln5400 Red Status Light On But Tv Doesn T Come On Lg Television

The red status light at the bottom of the screen is on, when I use the remote, or manual button on the TV to power on, the light will faded off (like it knows I am turning on, like normal) then the red light comes back on and the TV doesn’t turn on. This has happened before (about a year ago), but it magically started working again when I tried again later. I haven’t had any issues since. Now it is back. I have unplug overnight and unplug any and all connections to the TV and issue still persists. TV is a 2013 LG 60LN5400.

Hi, Here’s an image of the Power Up boot check troubleshooting flowchart taken from the service manual which may be a good place to start. You can use the manual online, but it is a bit awkward as you have to change the page number at the bottom of the document every time that you wish to to to another page.
