My son it seems put to much pressure on the tablet when getting in the car. The screen or the digitizer cracked and only half the screen is functioning. I can see the crack on the screen put it cannot feel it as its under the screen. So is the screen cracked from the inside or is it the digitizer? Also is it two separate pieces or would i have to buy it together ?
Hi, Looking online it appears that the LCD screen and the digitizer come as a complete assembly Here’s an example just to give you an idea of the cost of the part. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. just search for LG G Pad 8.3 LCD screen to get results. I couldn’t find a screen replacement guide or video but here’s a video that shows how to disassemble the tablet which may help.
