Chosen Solution
From Kernel Crash, now my phone is unusable because it is stuck in FASTBOOT MODE. Tried hard rest (Power button +Vol down, then logo, release power button, and press again power button) after selecting all YES for a factory reset, fastboot mode will still appear. Even when I plug it to charge, Fastboot mode appears. The screen is all black with this promt: [12110] Fastboot mode started. The number changes but still in fastboot mode. My phone is not rooted. I don’t know how to root a phone. I have previously tried LG Mobile Support Tool whenever I encounter kernel crash, it worked for one or two times, but not this time with the fastboot. Please let me know the safest way to reset this phone. Thanks in advance.
