hi guys, i have a problem with data connection with my lg g3 d850 at&t it’s unlocked but he work with call and receive, but doesn’t work data connection in lte. i’m in italy operator in italy: 3 - wind - - tim - wind. thanks everyone
Sounds like either your phone is dropping down to a non-LTE service and/or your provider you are using in Italy (SIM card?) is not offering data services.
I believe it has to do with the frequencies supported by the operators: ATT supports 700 Mhz, Band 12 & 17 - 850 Mhz band 5 - 1700/2100 Mhz, band 4; 1900Mhz, band 2;… what about your operators???
Hello. I have at&t g3 to. When i bought 3g and 4g worked but after upgrading lollipop it wont switch any more on 3g and 4g. Look like phone hardware problem but i also leave it to band frequences. I switched back to at&t room but again didnt get 3g or 4g lte. Any one went to service repair for hardware problem? I will go this days and check it if can be fixet
