I lost my keys and hot wired my car by the wire harness behind the ignition, using the wire harness . I got my car starting and driving, but my fans don’t turn on, 1 out of 4 windows work my brake lights and headlights work ,but my turn signals don’t work, the radio works, so what can I do? I don’t have any money to call a lock Smith, can anyone offer any advice on what I should do?

You should be able to get a key pretty cheap at a Chevrolet dealer. I don’t believe your car had a computer chip in the key, but rather was just a basic key. This means that you’ll pay around $20 for a freshly-cut original key. Bring proof of ownership (e.g. registration or title), and make sure that you give them the correct VIN number for your car - double check that the VIN on your paperwork matches the one on the car. In this way, they will make the correct key.
