I lost my phone on its backside, the screen is black, but the phone works (i can see the lights and hear when I get a message). When I shake the phone I can hear a loose part in the upper part of the phone that I have never heard before. Is it possible that a connection is loose? And do you think it is fixable?
Probably not a loose connection as the mid frame that goes over the logic board covers all of the connectors to ensure they do not get unplugged from dropping the phone. You’ll need to get the screen replaced on the phone. Either at a reputable phone repair shop or you can choose to do it yourself.
