Replaced battery. Reset phone. Discharged to zero multiple times over 2 months. Battery usage just states “battery uage will be available after a few minutes ”
Hey there! iFixit employee here. I just tested several batteries in benches, and I haven’t seen any issues with showing usage. If you haven’t already, hold the power and home buttons to do a full reset, and see if that solves the issue. If you don’t have any luck with that, you may actually have some minor logic board damage. Hope this helps, and remember not to take everything an Apple Tech will tell you at face value. Did you remember to make sure iOS is updated to the latest version? If not, check for iOS updates. (settings>general>software update)
