Hi I have a Samsung S7 but there is no sound coming from the loudspeaker earpiece works and sound comes out the earphones when plugged in ive replaced the loudspeaker module but no difference any help guys
A few things to check: Check the two connector pins for the ear piece speaker. It should be at the bottom left section of the logic board if I remember correctly. They should be present and not broken.Did this happen after doing a repair on the phone or just stopped working for no apparent reason?Is the phone getting stuck in headphone mode? You can test this while having the volume slider open, it should change to different volume for media / ringtone upon unplugging and plugging headphones in.
