Hi everyone. It seems like when taking a phone call or listening to voicemail, the volume is very low. I thought it was the ear receiver so I replaced it, only to have the same results. Thanks for any help.
Could be dirt, or misalignment of the rubber thingy gasket (or whatever it is called. Try opening up again, and scratching on the metal part, and see if you can see through to the other side. Have seen in rare cases that it is actually the front camera flex, that needs replacement also, but try cleaning and aligning first Good luck!
