lower half of screen gets light grey sometimes
Likely OLED panel dying, if you have a cracked screen this eventually happens. If no cracks are present it is possible the water resistant seal on the display or back glass has let in moisture/liquid and is corroded the display. A screen repair or phone replacement seems imminent so just backup often ?
