I have a M65-D0 TV that appears to have a bad backlight. The video works fine and you can see it when you shine a flashlight on the TV, but the backlight is out. Presumably it’s either the power supply, backlight inverter, or the LED strips. I’ve tested the following pins on the PSU that lead to what I think is the backlight driver/inverter, shown in the photos below. Vdrv 1-7 all read 25V. Is that the normal voltage that should be going to the backlight driver/inverter (the center component in the big picture). Should I be testing elsewhere?

yes test the other connector cn102, test in standby(tv plugged in with power off) take note, then power up tv and take note, so with the red pos. probe on pin one check voltage, leaving probe in place power up tv check and see if it changes or anything, check all the pins, example pin 1, +18vsb1, power off 0 volts, power on 18 volts or whatever it reads.
