I just broke my MacBook Pro! I had fully charged it, then travel with plane when I arrived, it didn’t work. I tried resetting SMC, I tried holding the power button in different scenario, I even opened her up disconnected the battery and no luck, I was wondering where are the power pads to jump start the mac? And what do you guys think happened ? I did set an appointment but it’s in 10 days and I really need my computer! Thanks

Unfortunately, the 2016 and 2017 MacBook Pros no longer have power on pads. Update (10/06/2017) I would try booting it in minimum configuration. Disconnect everything from the logic board, and then plug it into power. The 2016 and 2017s now auto boot when plugged into power. If it is booting in minimum configuration, then you can add components to see what is causing the problem. If it still does not boot the logic board will need replaced.

i see, any suggestion ? i had this problem with macbook 2011-2013 and when i disconnected battery and reconnected it it was fixed but in this one nothing helps
