So suddenly one day my macbook’s screen started to glitch severely. It comes and goes so it comes randomly but it always happens whenever I shut down my computer then turn it on again. I tried eveything like turning it on on safe mode and restarting the SMC. I still have my warranty but I’m currently not in the country and won’t be returning for a while. How can I fix this?

Ouch! Do you have an AppleCare+ service contract on your system? Or still have warranty coverage? Assuming you haven’t physically damaged your display or gotten the system wet (liquid damage) you should get your self to an Apple Store or authorized service center. This will be an expensive repair as you need a new display assembly.
