Hi, My Macbook is not charging or powering up. The connector on the Audio-daughterboard has a problem Now my question can i charge and start the Macbook without the Audio-daughterboard connected ?

Without the board TouchID has no means to talk to the main logic board. So you can’t gain access to the system. Time to replace the part MacBook Air 13" (Late 2018-Mid 2019) Audio Daughterboard and you may need the cables are well.
