What part is this? My Macbook Air 1466 won’t switch ON. I tried SMC, PRAM reset nothing works , After opening the MacBook I noticed this part fused. What part is this? Could it be responsible for No charging light and macbook not switching ON?

OK, the two large blocks are Inductor coils. The solder joints are what I encounter as the yellow crust is just flux that is left on during the manufacturing process. They look just fine! I think we need to start the proper diagnostic process. So starting with the MagSafe connector and port are the surfaces clean and the cable not damaged?
