I replaced the original battery with an iFixit long lasting battery and after one year the battery will not hold charge for too long. The battery cicle is only 401 and it is normal condition. Any thoughts?
Turn the device off. Once it is fully off, hold the power button. You should see the power light and caps lock flash on and off. This is a static discharge of the system. Static build up can block batteries from charging and even the system from turning on. Best of luck!
