Chosen Solution
Last night I changed the thermal compound on the cpu and Now it wont boot or turn on
a few things you cant try. open it back up and check the screw holes and make sure there arent any marks on the opposite side of the holes. ( IE long screw in short screw hole and it hit a PCB component. ( Hopefully its not this )) check your connections \ ribbons \ plugs, makes sure everything is seated properly. inspect the pins and contacts on ribbons and plugs you removed. does it power up at all with it plugged in to power?
