Macbook Has Something Seriously Wrong Only Boots After Smc Pram Reset Macbook Air 13 Early 2014

I have an early 2014 Macbook Air. It stopped working, not liquid damaged or anything. After messing around with looking online and trying to boot, I did an SMC reset to where the MagSafe went green, and then I do a PRAM reset but stop holding after the first chime and it boots. It will never make it to the second chime. I moved the SSD and Battery to another MacBook air but trying to figure out why and how to fix to boot normally.

Have you tried? ·         With another I/O board? ·         With another I/O flex cable? ·         With keyboard and trackpad disconnected? ·         Does it boot normally if the chargers connected?
