Hi If you are sure about the model number like you said MacBook Late 2009, then it should be White Unibody modem which looks like in the link provided below http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/ma… I expect your model number will be Model A1342 Then the RAM supported for this model is PC3-8500 DDR3 and Maximum RAM supported by this model is 8GB.
