Good Morning, I have a MacBook 13in older than the description given ) that powers on, but stays on the gray MacBook logo loading screen. I’ve powered the machine off several times and it just stays on the screen. It seems like it’s trying to load, but fails to do so. I do hear the fan running to keep everything cool. Let’s see if we can narrow the model down a bit, plug your systems S/N into here it will tell you what you have EveryMac - Lookup While the systems look the same there are differences more so in the earlier designs.
