Received a macbook pro 2017 model A1708 EMC, it turns on with fans spinning and a backlight comes on, but no display or apple logo. It is receiving the correct amount of power. It does not display any image on external monitor. Caps lock key displays LED green light. Is this a motherboard issue, software issue, or just needs a new top lid assembly?
Customer provided me pictures of before the issue, image started to go away after time. Definitely in need of a new screen.
