My 2016 Macbook Pro turned the screen black after restarting and closing without shutting down the computer. Caps Lock has the green light and if I connect to a second monitor I can see the mouse, though everything else still black. No fan nor hard drive noise. I tried every solution I found and nothing solves it. Please help!!
At this point you need to get your system to someone who has the needed deeper skills to fix your logic board. Where do you live? Country and nearest city. It’s also possible the CPU chip has failed. That can happen when the systems cooling failed. At that point a new logic board will be needed.
