Hi all, Last week I booted my macbook pro model A1425, typed my password and waited for the computer to login. After a while, I was surprised with the ´prohibited´ sign, on a white screen. After that, I rebooted my macbook and it got stuck on a black screen. The screen turns on and so does the back apple logo, I can also listen to the chime (the sound it makes when it turns on) but it hasn´t booted on ever since. I have tried all the tricky keyboard commands, I also oppened the case and removed the SSD, pluging it again and turning the macbook on after that, with no luck. I even attempted to wrap my macbook on a blacket, as some youtube videos suggested. Nothing happened. I would like to ask, what can I do next? Its quarantine time so I can´t take it to the Apple Store. I aso created a bootable flash drive to reinstall the system, but the Macbook doesn’t read it. I am locked at home with a really bad Windows computer, I would love to have my MBP back.. Also, could the issue be realated to the SSD? Maybe it died. Ty.
