The keyboard and the trackpad will not work. The pointer in stuck in the left corner and the keyboard doesn’t light up. The computer is still charging and turns on. Update (04/19/2020) Update: after a few hours of it being stuck like this my keyboard and trackpad finally started to work again, but the trackpad is still not clicking properly

This should be covered by Apples’ Keyboard Service Program for MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro Notably, even the new 13- and 15-inch 2019 MacBook Pro models are eligible for the Keyboard Service Program, hinting that the new material used in the revised keyboards may not offer a true fix.
