It never turns off when it’s plugged. After I unplug it, it works for 3 or 5 minutes. If I play video, it works longer. Update (08/25/2019) This is charger disconnected
Well, what I can tell you is your battery and the charging logic is working correctly. Its possible SMC is confused! Lets try resetting it How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac That should fix your issue!
