I purchased a MacBook A1181 but it shows no sign of life, when I press the power button the LED of the stop state lights up and goes off immediately, sometimes when I insert the power cable the LED turns dim green. I tried to change the power supply but the problem is the same, I also changed the ram but nothing. What could it be?
Let’s try for a spontaneous re-boot. Disconnect the mag-safe, Disconnect the battery from the logic board. Prterss and hold the power on button for 10 seconds. Now reconnect the battery, then connect the mag-safe. It should reboot on its own if it is working.
