I cannot boot my MacBook Air 13" Mid 2013 after several weeks idle. I try to fix it from last night. I’ve tried following ways and no luck. Charge the battery until the MagSafe cable indicator turns from Orange to Green. Still can’t boot either.Reset SMC: Shift+Control+Option+PowerReset NVRAM: Option+CMD+P+RDisconnect battery and connected with the MagSafe. It cannot boot either. But I can see the fan is working normally. And the SSD is hot. Long press the power button, the fan stops. But the screen didn’t show anything.I can use the system’s USB port to charge my OnePlus-One Android phone and Kindle. The fan works regularly, not high neither noisy. This morning I found the screen turns on. And I leave it there and go to brush my teeth, when I get back I can’t boot it anymore. T_T Can anyone help me? Thank you soooo much in advance? I really want to fix it!!

Your system should have spontaneously booted if you disconnected the battery, then press the power button to fully discharge the logic board and then plugging in your MagSafe charger. Double check this to make sure it still fails to boot up. If it still can’t boot that tells me your logic board has a problem. So you’ll need to find someone with the needed sills and parts to fix your logic board or just replace it framing this guide MacBook Air 13" Mid 2013 Logic Board Replacement.
