Macintosh HD will not show up in the Copy section using SuperDuper! in order to clone any idea how I can fix this before I install new ssd?
First do not clone! Cloning was great in its day. But with the advent of the repair partition is not the way to go today. First do an external Time Machine backup. Now install the system on your new drive after format it for Mac. Now use Migration Assistant to move your settings, Apps and user data. You will now have a working repair partition.
